(collectively, “RigSleeve,” “we” or “us”) when you access or use our website or other online or mobile services or (“Services”), sign up to become an RigSleeve User, shop in our stores, sign up for activities and events, or otherwise interact with us. We may choose to update our Policies from time to time and will provide additional notices of our information.

Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you become a User; create an online customer account, shop in our stores; use the interactive areas and features of our Site; complete a waiver, make a purchase; sign up for or participate in contests, promotions, surveys, mailing lists, events, or other activities; and when you email, call, or otherwise communicate with us.

The types of information we may collect include your name, address, phone number, email address, zip code, photos, videos, social media usernames, payment information, demographic information.

Promotional Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from RigSleeve by following the instructions in those communications or changing your preferences. If you opt out of receiving promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your purchases, account, rewards or our ongoing business relations. If you opt out of communications within 90 days of earning rewards, we reserve the right to deduct the applicable amount of reward points from your account.

We allow third parties to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services.
